Production Crew
Michael Forrester, President & Executive Producer:
Michael has been working professionally in video production as both a cameraman and producer since 1990. Beginning in the corporate environment, he created productions for Amtrak before setting out on his own in 1995.
Since that time, his client base has expanded to include nearly every major broadcast and cable network in the US and his work includes field production in nearly every environment imaginable. Michael has earned a reputation for his work covering severe weather including hurricanes and tornadoes. He also works in less hazardous environments creating equally memorable images on tape.
One of Michael’s great interests is the theme park industry. Growing up in Orlando, he first visited Walt Disney World on the third day it was opened and has visited more than 100 times since. His lifelong interest in tourism and attractions led him to develop the concept for ‘The Business of Fun.’
Simon Temperton, Senior Producer:
Simon brings nearly 20 years of producing experience - the last sixteen as a Special Projects Producer for The Weather Channel - to Forrester Media. His time at The Weather Channel included field producing for Meteorologist Jim Cantore and covering numerous hurricanes including Hurricane Katrina in Gulfport, MS.
Simon wrote and produced many of The Weather Channel's productions during his tenure there and is now responsible for producing projects for our clients as well as our original productions.
Brad Wright, Editor:
Brad got his start editing almost 15 years ago, and has been working professionally for the past 10. He is a graduate of The University of Georgia's Grady School of Journalism, and began his broadcast career at WSB-TV, Atlanta's ABC affiliate.
Throughout his career, Brad has worked on a wide range of projects, including corporate training videos, short films, and award winning documentaries for The Weather Channel.
